Our excellent client in the heart of Cheltenham is looking for a highly organised professional to join their dedicated team on a full time, permanent basis.

In this team, everyone works together to ensure common goals are met, and the successful individual will therefore need to be an adaptable individual who is willing to support on a range of tasks.
Your key responsibility will be to build a relationship with the two Directors to become a close support to them both, ideally growing to be a proactive PA who can anticipate their needs/priorities in advance, manage diaries and operate with discretion. You will also relieve the Directors of a large portion of the Marketing function.
Key Duties
- Provide high-level administrative support to the Directors and Senior Team.
- Co-ordinate and manage diaries, meetings, and appointments for the senior team.
- Take dictation, prepare correspondence and reports, and proofread documentation.
- Prepare for and attend meetings, including taking and distributing minutes.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, timesheets, and presentations.
- Manage incoming enquiries and co-ordinate team meetings and follow-ups.
- Process expenses and timesheets on a weekly basis.
- Maintain and update the internal company computer systems/databases.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to develop and implement marketing plans.
- Maintain the company’s social media diary and monitor social media activity weekly.
- Draft responses and propose content for website and social platforms.
- Compile company newsletters using Mailchimp.
- Gather content and ideas from the team for marketing purposes.
- Organise internal marketing activities, including tracking team celebrations, birthday cards etc.
- Organise client gifts and represent the company at events and exhibitions, when required.
- Support and co-ordinate project bids and assist the project team with administrative tasks.
- Take initiative to lead or support internal projects.
- Support staff development and attend relevant networking events.
- Any other ad-hoc duties necessary to support the team and business objectives.
Key Attributes
- Previous office/admin experience
- Excellent English language skills for proof reading ability
- Comfortable with social media platforms (Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok)
- Highly organised
- Proactive, self-starter
- Good communication skills
Hours: 36h per week: 9am – 5:30pm (4pm Friday Finish!) – Fully office based.
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + benefits including:
-22 days holiday + bank holidays.
-Early Friday finish.
