Job Description

About our client

\n\n

Our client is a global creative communications agency working at the intersection of brands, talent, and culture. Their team builds ideas and partnerships that shape conversations — connecting world-class brands with audiences through the power of storytelling, influence, and creativity.

\n\n

They move fast, think big, and love what they  do. No two days are ever the same — and that’s exactly how they like it!

\n\n

\n\n

The Role

\n\n

We’re on the lookout for a sharp, unflappable, and endlessly organised Personal Assistant to support two founders. You’ll be the glue that keeps things moving — managing diaries, coordinating meetings, handling logistics, and communicating with high-profile clients and partners with confidence and charm.

\n\n

If you thrive in a creative environment, have exceptional communication skills, and can juggle a thousand moving parts without breaking a sweat, this is the role for you.

\n\n

\n\n

What You’ll Do

\n\n

Executive Support

\n\n

Provide proactive, day-to-day support to the leadership team — diary management, travel booking, inbox organisation, and meeting prep. Liaise with high-profile clients, talent, and brand partners — always representing the agency with professionalism and personality. Anticipate needs, solve problems before they arise, and keep everyone one step ahead.

\n\n

Organisation & Operations

\n\n

Keep projects and people on track — scheduling, follow-ups, and deadline management. Coordinate team meetings, events, and creative offsites. Support the admin and finance teams with expenses, reports, and invoices.

\n\n

Culture & Creativity

\n\n

Help plan and host agency social events, client dinners, and cultural outings. Keep your finger on the pulse of what’s happening in pop culture, media, and entertainment. Be an energy-bringer — contributing to a fun, fast, and supportive team culture.

\n\n

What You’ll Bring

\n\n

Outstanding communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.

\n\n

Exceptional organisational ability – you thrive on detail, structure, and efficiency.

\n\n

Confidence working with high-profile clients and talent – you’re polished, discreet, and quick-thinking. A calm, solutions-first mindset in a busy, ever-changing environment.

\n\n

Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Slack, project management tools).

\n\n

2–3 years’ experience in a PA, EA, or Team Assistant role — ideally within a creative or comms-led industry (PR, media, fashion, or entertainment).

\n\n

A genuine passion for culture, creativity, and connection.

\n\n

What’s In It For You

\n\n

A vibrant, creative workplace where ideas and individuality are celebrated. Exposure to incredible brands, talent, and cultural projects. Regular socials, cultural outings, and plenty of room to grow.
