As an Outreach Specialist, youll plan and deliver link-building strategies from start to finish. Using platforms like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Google Analytics, BuzzStream or Pitchbox, youll identify prospects, track results, and make sure campaigns are hitting the mark. Youll also work closely with SEO and content colleagues to ensure every piece of work contributes to wider digital marketing goals.

Day to day, youll be: Developing outreach and link-building campaigns that improve organic search visibility

Building relationships with journalists, bloggers, and online publishers

Using tools like Ahrefs and SEMrush to analyse opportunities and measure performance

Reporting on campaign success and refining strategies based on data

Collaborating with creative, content, and SEO teams to deliver integrated campaigns

Were looking for someone with proven experience in outreach or digital PR who can show results. Youll understand the role of link-building in SEO, be confident using the main outreach platforms, and have the creativity to spot opportunities others might miss.

To succeed in this role, youll need: A strong track record in outreach, link-building, or digital PR

Hands-on experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, BuzzStream, Pitchbox, Google Analytics

The ability to build relationships and pitch effectively

A UK base, with the flexibility to work fully remotely
