VANRATH is delighted to be partnering with a leading Customs and Freight solutions provider to recruit an Outbound Salesperson to join their expanding team in Armagh. This company is part of a wider group that continues to see impressive growth across the sector. Salary/ Benefits £30,000 basic plus performance-based bonuses (£2,000 OTE and clear structure). This is a Monday-Friday role, 8:30am-5:00pm OR 9.00am-5.30pm Down the line when trained and on track for targets hybrid working is offered. The Role This role is focused on driving company growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting long-term strategic goals. You will have hot/cold leads to make use of, lots of marketing qualified leads available due to email marketing. Responsibilities Identify and research potential clients and market opportunities. Conduct outbound sales calls and follow up on warm leads. Arrange and attend meetings (in-person or virtual) to present services. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships. Prepare and deliver engaging proposals, presentations, and contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing strategies. Manage and update sales pipeline activity using HubSpot. Provide regular reports on sales activity and performance to management. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. The ideal person Experience in business development, sales pipelines, or lead generation. Confident communicator with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Goal-driven and capable of working independently to hit targets. Knowledge of customs, logistics, or freight would be an advantage (but not essential).
