During the induction phase you’ll need to be in the office more often to onboard effectively.Core ResponsibilitiesPlan, build, and execute outbound multi-channel lead generation campaigns.Align and inform campaign calendars and coordinate messaging across email, paid, organic, social, and events with the value proposition, ICP/TAM and overall marketing plan.Work with Sales to develop and execute sector-specific outbound and ABM campaigns.Track, measure, and report on campaign performance, continuously improving ROI.Collaborate with content and design teams to brief assets and ensure timely delivery.Support CRM/sales tech stack and automation workflows for lead nurture and scoring.Oversee event and webinar logistics as part of campaign execution.Maintain alignment with sales around campaign follow-up and feedback loops.Monitor competitor campaigns and industry trends to inform messaging and targeting.Experience Required2–4 years in a B2B campaign marketing role, ideally in SaaS or tech.2+ years of managing and running ABM campaigns, with both strategic and technical experience.Experience executing campaigns targeting hospitality operators or multi-site businesses is a nice-to-have.Strong project management skills – able to handle multiple campaigns and deadlines.Proficient with marketing automation, sales tech and CRM tools – Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, contact data aggregators; Force24, Gong are a plus.Comfortable working closely with sales teams in a fast-paced environment.Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.Key AttributesHighly organised and detail-focused.Commercially aware – understands the link between marketing activity and pipeline.Strong communicator and collaborator across teams.Proactive, adaptable, and thrives on making things happen.Creative and strategic thinker.Customer-minded with an instinct for relevance and timing.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionMarketing and SalesIndustriesHospitalityNote: This job posting is focused on the ABM / Outbound Campaign Manager role for S4labour in Banbury, England.
