We are a fast-paced, nurturing team seeking an ambitious New Business and Marketing Manager to support the agency’s growth function. This mid-level role requires strong relationships across levels, including senior stakeholders, and a proactive, process-driven mindset.We are looking for someone who is highly organised, able to manage multiple workstreams, and communicates with honesty and clarity. The role requires a positive attitude under pressure and the ability to manage upwards to ensure workloads are delivered on time. A genuine curiosity to learn about agency marketing, clients, capabilities and the wider industry is essential.We are seeking candidates with 2-5 years’ experience in creative or media agencies in similar new business or marketing roles.ResponsibilitiesManaging key New Business opportunities through the full end-to-end processDelivering impactful, consistent marketingCollaborating with the wider growth function to deliver Havas Media’s growth plan and ambitionNew BusinessReviewing and sharing inbound opportunities with the New Business leadership team — New Business Director & Chief Growth OfficerSupport across all new business requirements such as pitch management, pitch theatre, RFIs, RFPs and creds decksManage team communication, diarising, research, prep, and client profiles & background informationSupport New Business Director on all opportunities, including pitch management, pitch theatre, RFIs, Chemistry and Tissue meetingsTrack relevant new business external tender sitesEnsure team processes and communications run smoothlyOrganise and manage case study library and asset creationManage New Business & Marketing Team assetsMarketingCreation of marketing materials, content calendar, social and email campaigns—draft copy, plan ahead, evaluate (monthly report)Management of agency social channels, website and intermediary profilesCollaboration with the comms team to amplify trade contentEvent management collaboration with the wider team (comms, logistics and evaluation)Collaboration with strategy on annual awards planning and entriesCase study library and asset managementReporting/coordinationManagement and tracking of the new business pipeline and CRM reporting (agency, network and village level)Compiling competitor and industry reviewsCompleting ad hoc requests from the wider Havas Media NetworkWe are looking forAdaptability and the ability to juggle changing prioritiesMeticulously organised with a keen eye for detailNatural collaboratorGrowth mindset—hand-raising, receptive to feedback and keen to learnPassion and energy to improve what we doAccountable, reliable and honestAbility to work to tight deadlines and under pressureDemonstrable experience at senior executive/manager level in a new business, client or investment roleConfidence to engage with senior-level stakeholdersStrong writing skillsStrong PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams and email marketing skillsEquality, diversity and inclusionHavas is an equal opportunities employer.
