Term: 6 month fixed-term

Hours: Part-time (20 hours per week)

Working Arrangement: Remote (occasional in person touch points)

Salary: (£25,000-30,000 pro‑rated)

Role

As our Digital Marketing Executive you will be the driving force behind all marketing activity. Reporting directly to the Founder, you will oversee and execute campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging, high‑quality content, and measurable results. This is a hands‑on role where you will create content, engage with our community, and analyse our data to track performance and continually optimise campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging social media campaigns: produce high performing, brand relevant content across all our channels – including graphics, copy, and short‑form video – designed to convert engagement into action.
  • Manage social media channels: maintain strong relationships with our audience through consistent engagement – replying to comments, messages and queries.
  • Manage email campaigns: outline strategy and regular content using platforms such as Mailchimp or MailerLite, and transition workflows to an automated system for scalability and efficiency.
  • Maximise conversions: leverage our large organic social media following with limited reliance on paid advertising.
  • Monitor campaign performance: use analytics tools (including GTM) and provide actionable insights.

About you

  • Mid‑senior level experience in digital marketing – not suitable for beginners.
  • Proven track record of creating and managing high‑performing campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong creative skills with the ability to produce engaging graphics and content (Canva essential).
  • Excellent copywriting skills for social posts, email campaigns, and community engagement.
  • Solid understanding of analytics, conversion tracking and performance reporting.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, MailerLite, or similar).
  • Knowledge of SEO and content strategy (desirable).
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong work ethic – motivated, reliable, and committed to high‑quality results.
  • Problem‑solving skills and resourcefulness in finding solutions and making improvements.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Effective time management and prioritisation of deadlines.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and openness to feedback.
