With our focus on growth in the UK and Europe, now is the perfect time to join us on this high-speed journey.Job DescriptionAs a Mobile Marketing Executive at Trainline you will...Create and manage campaigns across various digital marketing channels to acquire new mobile app and website users, primarily for the UK market, with some involvement in the Italian market, ensuring alignment with commercial targets.Monitor and optimise campaigns to meet specific Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and oversee budgets allocated to various advertising platforms and markets.Execute day-to-day campaign management, maintaining optimal performance and pacing according to weekly budget adjustments.Analyse data to provide regular reporting and insight on channel performance to stakeholders.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including brand, legal, product, and data to support integrated campaign delivery.Support and contribute to creative testing initiatives alongside the internal creative studio, helping to develop AI-supported creatives to scale marketing efforts.Craft detailed creative briefs that outline objectives, messaging, target audience, and other essential details for ad assets.Build and prioritise hypotheses for testing and optimisation to improve cost-efficiency and campaign effectiveness.Ensure proper tracking of campaign performance data during setup and reporting.Assist in reporting and presenting campaign performance and test insights to stakeholders within Growth, Performance Marketing, and Finance.Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in AI and mobile marketing, and escalate key developments to the team.RequirementsWe'd love to hear from you if you have...Proven acquisition campaign management experience in digital marketing channels.Previous experience in a digital marketing or performance marketing role, either agency or in-house, demonstrating a growth mindset and initiative beyond routine tasks.Experience running A/B tests and Conversion Lift Studies to improve campaign performance.Familiarity with key performance metrics, with a focus on optimizing towards specific campaign goals like new customer acquisition.Desirable experience working with 3rd party tracking tools.Ability to work with large data sets and interpret trends.Proven ability to optimize creative assets in collaboration with creative teams, enhancing ad effectiveness.Demonstrated cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with designers, copywriters, and developers to produce high-quality creative materials.Competence in delivering clear, actionable insights and performance reports to stakeholders.Awareness of brand guidelines and ability to ensure creative assets align with brand standards while driving results.Basic understanding of mobile measurement technologies.Results-oriented and strong sense of ownership of projects.Enthusiastic and creative, likes to bring ideas to the table.Enjoys and is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.Positive attitude, flexible, and able to work collaboratively.What We OfferEnjoy fantastic perks like private healthcare & dental insurance, a generous work from abroad policy, and excellent family-friendly benefits.We prioritise career growth with clear career paths, transparent pay bands, personal learning budgets, and regular learning days.Our ValuesThink Big - We're building the future of railOwn It - We focus on every customer, partner and journeyTravel Together - We're one teamDo Good - We make a positive impactWe know that having a diverse team makes us better and helps us succeed.
