The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping and delivering the client's strategy for customer communications across digital channels including SMS, email, push notifications, and in-app messaging. Key Responsibilities

Lead a discovery phase to develop a product strategy for customer messaging and notifications, ensuring alignment with the client's digital journeys. Design and establish a distributed customer messaging and notification architecture to reduce fragmentation and improve customer experience across all journey touchpoints. Define a strategic, event-driven solution for coordinating communications across multiple channels, supporting diverse business domains such as retail, wealth management, corporate, and investment banking.
