Overview

We are looking for a Marketing, Events and Retail Sales Specialist at Virtue Vets. The candidate will be responsible for organising marketing and PR events, community focused activities, speaking with potential clients and registering them, assisting customers with inquiries and sales transactions, maintaining knowledge about our services and ensuring a high level of customer service. You would work collaboratively with the veterinary team to enhance a premium client experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge about Virtue Vets services to ensure a high level of customer service.
• Collaborate with the veterinary team to enhance a premium client experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and communication abilities
• Experience in Retail Sales, Events, Marketing
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in retail or customer service are a plus
• Previous experience in luxury goods, high-end retail and hospitality, clinics or spas
