Quick facts: £95-£100 per day (including holiday pay) (12 month contract initially) Marketing Trainee | Slough | Hybrid: 3 days in the office

Qualifying questions:

  • Do you have a business or marketing-related degree, or 1-2 years' experience in a marketing/FMCG role?

What you'll do:

  • Take end-to-end responsibility for the management of a UK product portfolio.
  • Lead locally-driven product innovations from concept to launch, working cross-functionally to deliver impact.
  • Develop engaging activation concepts across social media and retail environments to drive growth.
  • Support the digital evolution of products, ensuring they remain relevant and socially active across platforms.

What you'll bring:

  • A degree in business/marketing or 1-2 years' marketing/FMCG experience.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with advanced presentation skills in PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills-verbal and written.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic approach with a hunger to learn.
  • Ideally, prior marketing internship or admin experience.
  • A passion for social media and digital engagement.
  • The mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, complex, matrix-style organisation; someone who leads, takes ownership, delivers results, and stays comfortable in a hectic and ambiguous environment.
