About the Role
Our client, a global leader in digital transformation, is seeking a
Senior MarTech Consultant
to lead strategy, architecture, and delivery of marketing technology solutions for a major travel-sector programme. This is a high-impact, client-facing role working at the intersection of
customer data platforms, personalisation, and campaign automation , influencing board-level marketing decisions.
You will partner with business and IT stakeholders to design customer 360 solutions, optimise data flows, and implement best-in-class MarTech integrations using platforms such as
Braze, mParticle, Adobe, and Snowflake .
Key Responsibilities
Define and deliver MarTech strategy aligned with client business goals
Architect customer data & personalisation solutions for large-scale B2C marketing
Design & implement data flows for segmentation, campaign deployment, and analytics
Lead multi-phase marketing automation roadmaps with measurable business impact
Manage cross-functional delivery teams, ensuring solutions follow industry best practices
Oversee integrations with
Braze, mParticle, Adobe Target, AEP , and related platforms
Provide senior-level reporting and strategic insights to stakeholders
Ensure seamless interoperability between marketing tools and data platforms
Required Skills & Experience
10+ years in MarTech, including
Braze, mParticle, Adobe, Snowflake
Strong expertise in
API integration, data modelling, ingestion, and activation
Experience with customer data platforms (mParticle, AEP, Salesforce Data Cloud)
Delivered
5+ end-to-end MarTech implementations
Certifications in one or more:
Braze, mParticle, Adobe, Salesforce
Proven success in technical leadership roles (Solution Architect, Technical PM)
Understanding of web content management, marketing automation, and personalisation strategies
Excellent communication skills for translating complex technical strategies to non-technical audiences
Desirable
Experience in travel & tourism, B2C marketing, or eCommerce sectors
Familiarity with Adobe Campaign or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
15+ years in IT, working across multiple industries and regions
