As an Assistant you will support with diary organisation, meeting planning, travel logistics, events and forums. Diary and logistics management to ensure Partners are at the right place at the right time A hub of communication between internal and external stakeholders Manage all travel requirements (U.K. and International) Produce reports, letters, presentations, minutes, and other documentation Data, project and financial administration - tracking changes and processes Work closely with other EA and TA staff to ensure smooth running of business operations Full inbox management We are looking for candidates with experience supporting as a Team Assistant or PA

in a fast paced, corporate environment. Experience supporting creative teams (Marketing / Events / Retail is preferred but not essential. Advanced research, process, project and Microsoft Office skills are required.
