Build stronger connections.Drive Growth.Market your SaaS Tools and reach digital agencies & marketing professionals worldwide.cremarc is looking for a Marketing Success Manager to join their team.We are looking for a Marketing Success Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers, develop marketing strategies and deliver marketing success.Must Have’s:Minimum of 2 years agency Account Management/Account Director (role) experienceMinimum of 2 years of ‘hands on’ B2B marketing experienceExperience of creating and delivering marketing strategiesAccount Management:Own and lead the clientBuild excellent working relationships and trust with key contacts (become a trusted advisor)Conduct regular client communication – i.e. weekly calls to discuss day-to-day workload and monthly calls to discuss long-term strategyDevise and send clients a monthly report that clearly shows KPIs against agreed core objectivesCreate and execute the client strategy, ensuring this is accurate and regularly updatedIdentify opportunities for growth and get buy-in from the client to build and execute these ideas into the JBPPlanning and Resourcing:Ensure this is done in line with internal best practice within the planning systemEnsure work is done on time and within budgetKeep personal daily timesheets up to date and accurateCommercials:Ensure the client’s monthly workload is deliveredExceed the client’s quarterly growth target – in addition to exceeding your own quarterly growth targetManage and negotiate client contractsCore Competencies:A passionate and talented marketer, who is constantly improving their digital skills and knowledge, and staying on top of the latest trendsA love for Account Management and marketing strategyExperience and understanding of core marketing channels (automation, paid, SEO, social media)A need to deliver excellence, brilliance, and quality for clients that delivers resultsA desire to be part of a growing agencyNice To Have’s:A natural storyteller and writerExperience with Hubspot and/or other leading CRM platformsB2B tech marketing experienceGrowth agency experienceWhat’s in it for you:We are changing B2B marketing, it’s as simple as that!
