We are looking for a talented Marketing Strategy Specialist to help shape and deliver strategic initiatives that strengthen Harrods’ presence across key international markets.About The RoleAs a Marketing Strategy Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving Harrods’ international growth by identifying market opportunities, analysing customer insights, and supporting data-led decisions that enhance our global position. Working closely with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you’ll develop strategic recommendations that elevate the Harrods brand and drive meaningful commercial outcomes.Key responsibilities include:Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer preferences, and growth opportunities.Supporting the development and implementation of data-led strategic plans to strengthen Harrods’ international marketing proposition.Translating insights into actionable recommendations that inform marketing and business development strategies.Partnering with teams across the Brand Experience and Strategy & Business Development divisions to align initiatives with broader company goals.Producing reports and analysis to measure the effectiveness of international campaigns and inform future investment decisions.Depending on your role, you may be fully on-site or have a mix of on-site and home working – this is what we refer to as ‘Hybrid’. Our hybrid working policy allows colleagues to work from home for part of the week, with a minimum of three days on-site, depending on business needs.About YouYou will be a commercially minded, data-driven marketer with a passion for using insight to inform strategic decisions. With a keen eye for detail and strong analytical ability, you thrive on turning complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.
