What you’ll do
Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive qualified lead enquiries into the business. Work alongside the central digital marketing team to support and optimise PPC campaigns. Develop and contribute content ideas — such as articles, case studies, and social posts — to support marketing campaigns. Test and evaluate new marketing channels and tactics to identify opportunities for growth. Track and report on campaign performance, analysing data to provide insights and recommendations for future activity. Collaborate with internal teams (including Regional Directors, Asset Managers and Office Managers) to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives. Support budget management, timelines, and campaign delivery schedules. Use Salesforce to run reports, analyse campaign performance, and identify trends or opportunities for improvement. Leverage data insights from Salesforce and other platforms to make informed decisions and refine marketing strategies.
What you’ll bring
3+ years’ experience in a marketing role, ideally within a B2B or lead generation environment. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (particularly paid search, paid social, and email marketing). Experience supporting or managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Proficient in Salesforce — able to build and run reports, interpret data, and use insights to inform marketing decisions. Strong content creation skills, with the ability to turn ideas into compelling marketing materials. Analytical mindset with confidence in using data to evaluate campaign success and identify areas for optimisation. Excellent communication, organisation, and collaboration skills. A self-starter who enjoys testing, learning, and continuously improving results.
