Commercial - Regional Marketing Specialist EMEA Commercial - Regional Marketing Specialist EMEA at Korn Ferry. This role is embedded with regional sales teams to support regional business development and drive lead flow through marketing activities. Overview Korn Ferry is a global consulting firm that powers performance by aligning strategy, operations, and talent to accelerate performance and growth. The successful candidate will collaborate with Korn Ferry’s digital sales and corporate marketing teams to plan and execute regional activities that showcase solutions powered by the Talent Suite and build awareness, nurture leads, and accelerate opportunities to close. Key Responsibilities

Plan and host online and offline events to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing opportunities, and deepen customer relationships. Develop campaigns and approaches to solve regional challenges. Strategize, build, and execute integrated regional campaigns involving email marketing and other channels as appropriate. Assist regional sales teams to increase local brand awareness and drive leads and MQLs. Manage internal communication between sales and marketing. Manage production of localized content. Report on regional marketing ROI and performance.

Qualifications

Working knowledge of Salesforce is a plus. Strong project management, time management, and execution skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to anticipate sales needs. Ability to maintain an optimistic, approachable, self-starter attitude.
