This opportunity is for you if you want to join the RUBI UK team, as Marketing & Communication Specialist. Where we are? Easter Industrial Park, Rainham. Job Mission Drive RUBI’s brand visibility in the UK market through digital marketing, content creation, and brand management. Support strategic initiatives in collaboration with the HQ Marketing Team and the UK team. Main Responsibilities
Act as RUBI brand ambassador in UK. Ensure brand consistency and visibility across platforms. Collaborate with HQ on catalogs, brochures, and inbound marketing. Create and manage local content (written and video) across digital channels. Produce videos on real worksites to build proximity with professionals. Manage influencer campaigns and social media presence. Support product launches, trade shows, and loyalty programs. Monitor KPIs and competitor activity.
Requirements
Ideally, a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or advanced standing in one of these programs Ideally 2 years of experience in similar roles Strong digital marketing and content creation skills. Proficiency in social media and analytics tools. Driver's License Excellent communication and organizational skills. Willing to travel: approx. once a month within UK.
