The ideal candidate will be a passionate marketer with strong expertise in social media marketing and excellent communication skills.In this role, the candidate will play a crucial part in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns aimed at driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and overall business growth.Some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager on the execution of all campaigns.Manage and optimize social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), from content creation and execution to performance analytics.Support the design of marketing materials for both online and printed campaigns, including photography.Assist other departments in designing promotional and visual materials (e.g., posters, photos).Provide support for marketing events such as open days and partner events.Lead the content compilation for the annual Yearbook publications.Monitor social media activities to assess public perception of the company’s brand.Maintain and update the CIS website and school displays.Create and manage the school's Newsletter.Assist the sourcing, delivery, and distribution of branded materials (e.g., stationery, merchandise, giveaways).Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and technologies.Information about the selection processIn order to apply, please send a CV and a cover letter in ENGLISH explaining how you meet the requirements of the role.We thank all applicants for their interest; however, only those candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.Requirements for the employeeCandidates with education suit the positionUniversity education (Bachelor's degree) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.English - Advanced (C1) and Slovak - Proficiency (C2).Other knowledgeMicrosoft Office 365 - Advanced.Experience in the position/sectorProven experience in marketing, with a focus on social media marketing and content marketing.Number of years of experience2 years.Personality requirements and skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative and innovative mindset.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience with graphic design programs (Adobe, Canva).Experience with CRM and email platforms (Mailchimp) is a plus.Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools.Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.Ability to work to strict and tight deadlines with high-quality outcomes.Brief description of the companyCIS is constituted by a full Primary and Secondary School and is the focal campus of the Cambridge family, which currently includes four Cambridge International Kindergartens (Funiversities) across Bratislava.
