About the role

In this role, you will support the Head of Marketing in enhancing brand awareness and core audience engagement through comprehensive omnichannel marketing strategies. As a small team you will be asked to take on tasks at many levels, including the administrative side of our marketing efforts. This might be helping to manage diaries, meeting ownership, collation of key meeting notes and actions and project management against our core priorities. You will be responsible for managing projects, campaigns, and leading our marketing initiatives in several key areas, including but not limited to:

  • Internal employee and employer brand activations, supporting our 'People' team in achieving the company\’s cultural goals
  • Digital ecosystem management and development of web properties, including the commercial website and Inigo Universe (an advanced intranet platform)
  • Social media strategy formulation and execution
  • Content marketing strategy and production in collaboration with an external partner
  • Event leadership and management of internal events
  • Coordination with key agency partners to translate requirements into creative briefs
  • Oversight and management of the marketing budget in alignment with annual marketing objectives

The successful candidate will do this by:

  • Providing organized, hands-on support to the Head of Marketing across all marketing initiatives
  • Working with the Head of Marketing and Head of Distribution to shape and set on-going marketing strategy in-line with Inigo’s business strategy
  • Collaborating with internal teams to gather key content for actionable marketing, advertising, and business promotion
  • Owning our content by connecting our experts with our agency teams to deliver meaningful, curated brand experiences
  • Diligently managing our agency and supplier relationships to maximize each partnership
  • Overseeing our digital properties through content updates, infrastructure maintenance, and reporting
  • Assisting in event management for an outstanding guest experience
  • Leading the update of brand assets
  • Strategically planning and executing campaigns
  • Continually monitoring market trends and contexts to inform our decisions
  • Aiding in the creation and development of marketing processes, structures, and governance
  • Assessing and revamping processes for increased efficiency and success.
