Kramp is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive brand awareness across the UK. The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering results in a marketing role and be comfortable thriving in a fast-paced B2B or B2C environment.The role will involve leading the charge in driving UK brand awareness through integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives, collaborating with the global marketing team to deliver global campaigns, and supporting the external sales team with marketing materials and campaigns.Responsibilities:Lead the charge in driving UK brand awareness through integrated marketing campaigns and initiatives.Collaborate with the global marketing team to deliver global campaigns, putting a local spin on them to ensure relevance and effectiveness in the UK market.Actively seek out product and market information to create engaging, accurate, and persuasive content.Support the external sales team with marketing materials, campaigns, and tools to help them support customers and dealers.Build campaigns that both strengthen the Kramp brand and increase turnover for product areas.Create content for multiple channels — social media, email, website content pages — tailored to different audiences (B2B and B2C).Plan and execute segmented email campaigns to targeted customer groups.Support dealer marketing activities designed to bring end users into dealerships or onto the online platform.Work collaboratively with internal teams, suppliers, and dealers to ensure alignment on marketing objectives.Track and report on campaign performance, making recommendations for improvement.Assist in planning and promoting events and exhibitions (experience helpful but not essential).Requirements:At least 3 years’ experience in a marketing role, with a track record of delivering results.Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced B2B or B2C environment.Natural relationship-builder, able to connect and collaborate effectively at all levels.Highly organised with strong multitasking and prioritisation skills.Exceptional communication skills – both written and verbal.Confident user of Microsoft Office tools.Strong customer-first mindset, always putting the audience at the heart of campaigns.Hands-on experience in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.Crafting and editing copy for impactful marketing campaigns.Building content pages within a CMS.Delivering effective email marketing and segmentation strategies.Planning and executing multi-channel campaigns.What We Offer:Competitive salary.Inclusive culture with lots of opportunities for growth.Profit sharing bonus.Flexible working.25 days paid annual leave per year, plus 8 bank holiday days.Large staff canteen, kitchen, and changing facilities.Company pension.Cycle to work scheme.Health & wellbeing program.Life insurance.Private medical insurance with access to GP appointments 24/7.Free electric car charging on site.Access to free personal development courses.Kramp is an ambitious, fast-growing, and financially sound organization.
