OverviewMarketing Communications Specialist - 6 months Fixed Term ContractWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced communications professional to join our UK, Ireland communications team for a 6-month Fixed Term Contract. The incumbent will work with cross-functional customer facing teams to develop and execute communications strategies that play a pivotal role in enhancing brand awareness and customer engagement by creating compelling content, managing a variety of communications channels and organising events. Your Tasks & Responsibilities

Work with the communications team to develop and execute strategic communications campaigns that align to business, customer squad, and marketing objectives and maximise return for Bayer. Create a thoughtful PR and Media communications plan. Work in partnership with Customer Experience and Customer Facing Squads to manage and deliver campaign PR and press activation that puts our product and customers at the heart. Work with agencies, freelancers and internal stakeholders to deliver marketing communications that convey brand messages and engage the target audience to drive advocacy and loyalty around Bayer product portfolio. Collaborate with customer facing squads to understand specific customer needs and map the customer journey in a customer-centric, tailored approach. Ensure efficient spend on multi-channel communications and external resources, services, tools and media; optimise ROI and administer budget, purchase orders and invoicing where necessary. Manage marketing technology platforms such as digital analytics and website administration.
