It\'s an exciting time in Loyalty at Morrisons, we\'re looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Targeted Marketing team. The purpose of the role is to execute multi-channel targeted marketing activity using customer data. Activity includes targeted coupons via app and coupon at till and direct mails.In this role you\’ll help define our value offer programme from planning through to execution. Implement a test & learn programme to retain and grow our loyalty base. You\’ll work closely with other team members, marketing departments, commercial and retail teams to deliver a comprehensive plan which puts customers first. This role is also critical in helping to deliver sales driving activity,Some of your responsibilities will include:End-to-end responsibility for targeted marketing coupons including planning, implementation and continuous optimisation based on business objectives in an effort to drive both effectiveness and efficiency.Own and manage the end to end execution of Supplier Funded offers to deliver against brand objectivesUse existing customer segmentation data to develop and execute offersIncrease the understanding of data that can be used to improve campaign effectiveness with those outside of the immediate team.Ensure executional excellence through working with all relevant functions – ensuring all targeted communications works for colleagues and customers.Support in the development of the strategy to ensure relevant and timely coupons to More Card CustomersWork with our external partners to manage relationships and ensure we are getting the most from their service to deliver against our business objectivesThis is a hybrid role operating over a five day working week, spending 3 days based in the office.About youWe\’ve built an incredibly diverse business, and we\’re working hard to make sure we truly represent the communities we serve.
