A creative, data-driven marketer with expertise in content production, social media management, and customer acquisition tactics would be perfect for this position.

Principal Duties:

• Create and implement a marketing plan to raise foot traffic and brand exposure.
• Create interesting content and manage all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others.
• To promote collaborations, work with neighbourhood companies, influencers, and civic associations.
• Manage and improve paid advertising campaigns for optimal outcomes.
• Utilise reporting tools and important KPIs to evaluate marketing performance.
• Encourage media outreach and public relations campaigns.
• Help with organising and carrying out seasonal campaigns and promotional events.
• Keep up the café’s internet visibility, including email marketing and website upgrades.
• Use social media to interact with customers and reply to their questions and comments.
• To guarantee brand consistency in all messages, collaborate closely with the café staff.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English plus another language (preferably Russian, Arabic, or Chinese) is advantageous because of the potential for partnerships and customers.
• Master’s degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related discipline (highly desired).
• A minimum of one year of experience in a social media or marketing capacity.
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools, content production, and social media platforms.
• Strong analytical abilities to monitor and improve advertising efforts.
• Originality and the capacity to come up with creative marketing concepts.
• An advantage is familiarity with the café/restaurant industry in London.
• Enthusiasm for social impact and locally orientated enterprises.
