Alongside this, the role provides flexible marketing support across website updates, email campaigns, app content, and general admin, helping to keep campaigns running smoothly.For major campaign moments such as on-sales, lineup drops, and partnership launches, the Marketing Manager will lead on strategy and creative direction, providing assets and core messaging. The Coordinator will ensure these are executed flawlessly across all channels, while continuing to bring creativity and initiative to day-to-day social and digital content.**Who you are****Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience*** Professional experience in marketing, digital, or content roles* Copywriting and content creation skills* Basic design/video editing skills* Confident with CMS tools, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite* Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities* Experience in compiling social/digital reports**Behaviours**The following attributes determine how the role will be carried out and are required to be a success* Comfortable working in a fast-paced onsite environment during festivals* Passion for live events, music, and culture* Enthusiastic to stay up-to-date with social media trends**What the role includes**Content Creation & Campaign Execution* Own the day-to-day social media calendar.* Generate creative content ideas, draft copy, and produce posts that complement the wider campaign strategy.* Work closely with the Marketing Manager to deliver major campaign moments (on-sales, lineup drops, poster/video launches) by executing supplied assets across channels.* Balance scheduled campaign activity with reactive, audience-driven content.Social Media & Community* Manage social channels end-to-end, including scheduling and publishing.* Monitor and respond to DMs and comments in line with brand voice.* Lead on social media reporting, compiling analytics and insights for review.Digital Marketing* Update the website and app with timely content, images, and news when required.* Create mailer copy when required and assist with imagery.* Help to keep the festival apps updated.* Assist with research tasks when necessary for the wider campaign.Campaign Support* Execute planned campaign drops using supplied assets.* Adapt creative assets into multiple formats for digital channels & build the schedule around these.* Provide logistical and creative support for our partnerships.Onsite Support* Attend the festival(s)* Support the Marketing Manager in delivering the onsite marketing activity, including social posting and capture, app updates, and email/push notifications.* Execute the live social media schedule and respond to real-time engagement.Marketing Operations* Maintain and organise asset libraries.* Support with presentations, reports, and general marketing admin.* Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across outputs.**Equal Opportunities**We are passionate and committed to our people and go beyond the rhetoric of diversity and inclusion.
