We have an incredible opportunity to join us here at Phoenix Group as a Marketing Risk & Assurance Manager to join our Marketing Risk & Operations team.

Job Type: Permanent

Location: This role could be based in either our London or Edinburgh offices with time spent working in the office and at home.

Flexible working:All of our roles are open to part-time, job-share and other types of flexibility. We will discuss what is important to you and balancing this with business requirements during the recruitment process.

Salary and benefits:

£44,000 - £55,000 plus 16% bonus up to 32%, private medical cover, 38 days annual leave, excellent pension, 12x salary life assurance, career breaks, income protection, 3x volunteering days and much more

The role

To work with the Senior Marketing Risk & Assurance Lead by supporting the embedding of the risk culture across the business that helps support improved customer outcomes and delivers long term value for shareholders.

What are we looking for?

• Experience of working in marketing risk teams in a FTSE 100 or equivalent business with expertise in marketing risk and frameworks
• Expert in working in highly matrixed organisations and across multiple brands, managing and influencing senior stakeholders
• Strong communication, relationship building and organisational skills
• Good business acumen and commercial experience
