Marketing Project Manager – Contract

  • We’re seeking a Marketing Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex, integrated marketing programmes across EMEA (and occasionally APJ). This role will suit someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is confident managing multiple stakeholders, and brings strong technical expertise in Adobe Workfront.

    Key responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns from planning through execution and close.
  • Create and manage project documentation, schedules, and progress updates.
  • Run programme kick-offs, stakeholder meetings, and status reviews.
  • Manage scope, risks, and issues, ensuring smooth delivery.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain alignment across regions.
  • Audit completed programmes, identify improvements, and implement process changes.
  • What we’re looking for:

  • Extensive project management experience in B2C or B2B marketing, ideally in a global or multi-national setting.
  • Strong Adobe Workfront expertise (essential).
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, able to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills.
  • SaaS, enterprise software, or agency experience a plus.
