Summary:

As a Marketing Programme Manager, you’ll drive the execution process for the "Client Predicts 2026" launch campaign, working with consumer marketers, writers, designers, and cross-functional teams to produce and manage integrated marketing campaigns. You’ll ensure seamless operational execution, from creative concept through delivery, optimizing efficiency and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Leadership
    • Primary point-of-contact for inbound requests, connecting UK and global marketing/creative partners.
    • Orchestrate cross-functional (XFN) partner and channel activities, manage cadence and agendas for UK marketing and XFN meetings.
    • Liaise with global/local channel owners, external vendors, and ensure smooth regional execution.
    • Flag risks, track project progress, and resolve timeline or resource challenges.
  • Creative Production
    • Lead creative asset production in partnership with writers, designers, external agencies, and internal HoC (House of Creative) Producers.
    • Consolidate and communicate creative feedback.
    • Source, assess, and manage relationships with diverse production partners.
  • Project Management
    • Develop and maintain project documentation, such as work-back schedules, project calendars, and single source of truth (ROS) docs.
    • Create and manage campaign launch calendars and events.
    • Track, manage, and report on local UK campaign budgets.
    • Coordinate with US/global measurement leads for reporting and insights.
  • Integrated Strategy Alignment
    • Bridge regional/global team perspectives, relay feedback for global campaign integration.
    • Ensure all aspects of "Predicts" campaigns across UK surfaces and channels are executed on-strategy.
    • Escalate key decisions for approvals, facilitate campaign alignment and integration.
  • Brand Partnership Execution
    • Collaborate with Brand Partnerships, Social, Editorial, Email, Comms, and Product teams for campaign integration across channels.

Requirements

  • 5+ years as an Integrated Creative Programme Manager or equivalent project management experience, preferably within in-house creative or marketing teams.
  • Strong organizational, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable leading multiple projects, removing blockers, and translating challenges into actionable solutions.
  • Skilled in project tracking, budget management, and operational workflows.
  • Strategic thinking, adaptable problem-solving, and able to work in ambiguous, evolving environments.
  • Confident building relationships across time zones (notably UK/US overlap: 5-7pm GMT, min. 3 days a week).
  • Experience coordinating matrixed teams, integrating regional activities with global strategies.
