Key Responsibilities



  • Assist in executing marketing and PR initiatives across multiple partnerships and campaigns

  • Organise, planand coordinate projects and brand activations from start to finish

  • Manage timelines, schedules, and follow-ups to ensure smooth delivery of projects

  • Liaise with partners, collaborators and external agencies

  • Support creative development, providing input and ideas for campaigns, eventsand collaborations

  • Handle ad hoc administrative tasks to support marketing and PR activities


What we are looking for



  • Previous experience in marketing, PR,or brand support (agency or in-house experience desirable)

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Creative and proactive with a “can-do” attitude

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong ability to follow up, coordinate and deliver projects on time

  • Confident operating independently in a fast-paced, flexible environment
