The Role


We are looking for a bright, engaging, and innovative marketing professional to join our Bristol team as Marketing Performance Manager (SEO & PPC). You’ll be the in-house specialist for SEO and PPC, while also leading integrated brand campaigns across one or more of our businesses.


This is a hands-on role where you’ll be trusted to manage budgets, shape campaigns, and deliver tangible growth. You’ll act as both strategist and operator – able to design campaigns and then execute them to measurable results.




Key Responsibilities


  • Lead SEO strategy across multiple group brands – from technical audits to content optimisation and authority building.
  • Plan, launch, and manage PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Bing, LinkedIn Ads) to drive leads and conversions.
  • Develop and execute brand marketing campaigns that build awareness and credibility.
  • Manage campaign budgets and deliver strong ROI across SEO and paid channels.
  • Generate and report on performance insights using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Data Studio, and other analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with in-house and external teams (design, content, web development) to deliver campaigns.
  • Provide strategic support to new acquisitions, ensuring fast and effective marketing integration.
  • Report progress to the leadership team and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.




About You


  • At least 5 years’ experience in digital marketing with a proven track record in SEO and PPC campaign management.
  • Commercially minded – understands the importance of lead generation, ROI, and sales growth.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog), and analytics platforms.
  • Experienced in brand building and marketing campaigns, not just performance marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills – able to present insights and strategies clearly.
  • Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects across brands.
  • Creative and innovative – willing to test, learn, and adapt.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred, but experience is more important.
