Marketing Performance Manager (SEO, PPC & Brand)
Location: Bristol, 5 days a week
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 DOE
We are looking for a hands-on Marketing Performance Manager with strong agency experience to take ownership of marketing activity for a growing portfolio of brands. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to combine brand building with performance marketing and have real influence over strategy and delivery.
You'll start by leading the marketing for one brand, before expanding responsibility across multiple. The role involves managing a mix of in-house specialists and external agencies, so it's well-suited to someone who enjoys variety, collaboration, and making an immediate impact.
This is not just a management role - we're looking for someone who can bring energy, creativity, and fresh ideas, while also being hands-on with SEO, PPC, and digital campaign execution.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Plan and deliver SEO and PPC campaigns, tracking performance and optimising for ROI.
Manage integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, and email channels.
Collaborate with in-house specialists (design, social, brand) to produce high-quality content and campaigns.
Work with external partners and agencies, with the scope to bring some functions in-house.
Support the launch and optimisation of a new group website.
Report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Contribute ideas and creative input to strengthen brand positioning and marketing activity.
What We're Looking For
Strong agency background with experience managing brand accounts.
Hands-on skills in SEO and PPC campaign management.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution.
Experience managing both in-house and external resources.
Creative and energetic, with a proven ability to deliver results.
