Our primary goals are to build awareness of the TREE brand, power demand generation, and creating content which drives engagement, retention and advocacy amongst clients. We are building a team that will fuel the growth engine and shape the future of the business.We’re looking for an experienced, data driven, innovative Marketing Operations Manager who has a track record in collaborating within and across teams to build a high performing marketing operation. This role is central to ensuring our marketing activity runs seamlessly, with the right processes, technology, data and analytics in place to maximise performance. The successful candidate will introduce efficient workflows, make good use of AI, establish full-funnel tracking and reporting for acquisition and client marketing, manage budgets, and provide insights and forecasts that drive better decision-making. Success will be a marketing engine that is predictable, and scalable and that has experimentation and learning at its heart.The RoleDevelop and optimise marketing workflows, ensuring the team operates with efficiency and clarity across campaigns, content, and channels.Identify and implement AI and automation tools to improve marketing productivity and output.Partner with data, analytics and finance teams to establish tracking infrastructure that captures all relevant performance data across the funnel.Analyse marketing performance e.g. campaigns, projects, highlighting conversion bottlenecks and making recommendations to improve funnel efficiency.Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and insights using data visualisation that inform strategic and tactical marketing decisions.Own marketing funnel forecasting, and help with development of strategy, plans that drive client growth, pipeline, and revenue contribution.Manage marketing budget tracking and reporting, ensuring spend aligns to strategy, 5 year plans and delivers measurable returns.Collaborate with all relevant teams, e.g. product, data, client teams and finance to ensure full alignment across growth initiatives and reporting.Champion a test-and-learn culture, running experiments and sharing learnings to continually enhance effectiveness.Ensure marketing technology stack is fit-for-purpose, integrated, and delivering against business needs.Manage external agencies and freelance relationships as requiredRequirementsThe Technical Bit5+ years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or performance marketing roles (B2B SaaS, fintech, or professional services experience a plus).Strong knowledge of marketing tech stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, attribution tools, analytics platforms).Hands-on experience with marketing analytics, data visualisation, and performance dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).Proven ability to build marketing workflows and processes that drive efficiency.Demonstrated experience in budget management, ROI analysis, and forecasting.Familiarity with AI/automation in marketing operations and willingness to implement new technologies.Excellent stakeholder management skills – able to work cross-functionally with product, data, comm-dev, finance, and client teamsAbout YouAnalytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and data-informed decision making.Highly organised, structured, and detail-oriented.Proactive and results-driven, with a bias for action and executional excellence.Adaptable and entrepreneurial, thriving on working in fast-paced, evolving environments.Client focused, strong communicator who can translate complex data into clear insights and actions.Curious, open-minded, and eager to experiment with new tools and approaches.Balances strategic vision with hands-on execution.Confident handling sensitive PII information with care.What’s in it for you?Once eligible, you'll be able to enroll onto our private healthcare plan through Vitality.
