About the role Exclusive Networks is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving the execution of multi‑vendor marketing campaigns across the UK&I region and requires strong expertise in digital marketing, campaign logistics, and performance reporting. Responsibilities
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple vendor partners, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely stakeholder coordination. Manage and optimise marketing operations, including CRM workflows, email automation, lead nurturing programs, and internal CMS tools. Develop and deliver creative assets such as banners, social media graphics, email headers, and event collateral, ensuring brand and vendor compliance. Monitor campaign performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics such as engagement, conversions, and ROI, with insights to improve future campaigns. Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, content, design, and vendor teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and lead follow‑up. Support marketing reviews and internal communication, contributing to quarterly and annual performance updates and sharing best practices across teams.
Qualifications
Proven experience in marketing automation and CRM. Proficiency in Canva or Adobe Express for creative asset production. Strong understanding of B2B marketing operations and campaign management. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and performance tracking. Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the IT or cybersecurity channel. HubSpot experience (e.g., marketing software, email marketing).
