Marketing Operations Manager

My global ed-tech company is looking for an experienced Marketing Operations manager to help with the analysis of various marketing systems following a global merger.
The role requires a mixture of PM, marketing manager and data analysis skills. So the ideal candidate will have a blend of all three disciplines and been involved in a merger/acquisition project in relations to marketing systems & processes.
Essential Skills

Strong data analysis skills with ability to derive meaningful insights Experience using data to identify process inefficiencies and solutions Comfortable working with marketing metrics and performance indicatorsProcess-Driven
Experience documenting and improving business processes Ability to identify opportunities for standardization and optimisation Methodical approach to workflow design and implementation Understanding of change management principles when introducing new processesMarketing Operations

Map and document current marketing processes across business units Identify gaps, overlaps, and improvement opportunities in workflows Design and document standardized processes for harmonized marketing operationsLead Generation & Marketing Technology Focus
Analyze existing lead management workflows to recommend standardized approaches Support the harmonization of marketing systems and data sourcesData-Driven Decision
