Join Euromonitor as our Senior Marketing Operations Manager and lead our Marketing Delivery Centre of Excellence. You'll be at the heart of driving operational excellence, campaign execution, and marketing analytics across our global teams.This is a high-impact role where you'll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Enterprise Technology, and Sales Enablement to deliver insights that shape our marketing strategy. If you're naturally inquisitive about AI and excited by the power of data, this is your opportunity to make a real difference.Key ResponsibilitiesLead global marketing operations, ensuring timely, strategic campaign executionDevelop and scale reporting dashboards that unify marketing and sales dataDefine and track KPIs to demonstrate ROI and pipeline contributionPartner with Product Marketing to align delivery with product roadmapsCollaborate with Enterprise Technology to integrate marketing systemsBenchmark performance across channels and advise on optimisationManage and mentor two Marketing Delivery Specialists (Tokyo & Vilnius)Own and optimise marketing project management tools and calendarsChampion best practices in technical delivery and analyticsAlign digital metrics with paid acquisition effectivenessSkills and ExperienceDeep knowledge of Marketo (certification preferred); experience with Salesforce, Adobe, Monday.com, Power BI, TableauStrong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insightsProven leadership and change management experienceExcellent project management and organisational skillsFamiliarity with GitLab tech stack is a plusAbility to communicate data-driven stories clearly and effectivelyWhy Euromonitor?At Euromonitor, we don't just offer jobs we offer careers that grow with you.
