Were working with a professional services firm to find a strategic and hands-on Marketing Operations Manager / Digital Operations Manager. This newly created role sits at the heart of a growing marketing function, focused on improving performance, streamlining processes and enabling smarter ways of working. Youll be a key player in shaping how marketing operates across the business.
What youll be doing As Marketing Operations Manager, youll lead the charge on operational excellence across the marketing team. Youll manage reporting, data strategy, and campaign performance tracking, helping the team make better decisions and deliver more impact. Youll develop dashboards and reporting tools using platforms like Power BI and Looker Studio, working closely with IT and transformation teams. Youll also coordinate lead generation follow-ups, manage the marketing activity calendar, and ensure resources are allocated effectively. CRM and data utilisation will be a big part of your remit. Youll work with internal stakeholders to optimise contact data, support CRM evolution, and ensure marketing planning is underpinned by clean, compliant data. Youll also play a key role in Martech strategy, identifying opportunities to improve quality, automate processes and adopt new tools (including AI). Budget management, process design, and team capability tracking will also fall under your remit.
