We're looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and creative Marketing Operations Executive to join our Marketing Team. If you're early in your marketing career, full of ideas, and eager to roll up your sleeves, this is your chance to grow with one of the world's most loved brands.

The Opportunity:

As a Marketing Operations Executive, you'll be at the heart of our marketing activity, ensuring our campaigns and activations run smoothly across shops and grocery partners. Every day will be different and exciting.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating campaigns and activations from print to digital, ensuring everything launches on time.
  • Working with creative teams and print to ensure our campaign materials look great.
  • Supporting product launches, promotions, and new location openings.
  • Assisting with sampling, product requests, and in-person activations to bring our brand to life.
  • Monitoring the competition and sharing insights to inform our growth strategies.
  • Contributing ideas, concepts, and solutions to challenges.

No extensive experience is required; we're looking for the right attitude and potential. If you meet most of these criteria, we'd love to hear from you:

  • A genuine passion for marketing.
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • A proactive self-starter capable of managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
