This role will be an integral part of the go-to-market team, building the analytics and reporting foundation for EMEA to hit growth goals. This role also will streamline operations, ensure tech stacks and dashboards work seamlessly, maintain data and deliver lead and pipeline analytics. They will work with MRI’s executive management, marketing, finance, and revenue operations.Job hunting resourcesThe marketing operations coordinator candidate needs to have a proven record of scaling marketing operations in a high-tech environment.RESPONSIBILITIES:Partner with marketing, finance and sales teams to maintain an accurate view of marketing performanceLead the ongoing process of building and developing our database to ensure data can be easily segmented, analyzed and targetedMaintain campaign tracking and analytics to make recommendations on how to improve metrics overall performance with a focus on conversion optimizationOptimize lead handoff workflows track relevant outreach activities with SDR and SalesAssist with list uploads, contact data augmentation, and overall list/contact qualityDevelop and deliver a regular cadence of reporting to GTM stakeholders and executive leadership, on the status of demand generation programs, marketing program ROI, new logo customer acquisition, and product expansion growthMonitor and review the funnel and pipeline metrics weekly to ensure quality and accuracyImplement best practices and standardization of sales & marketing processes leveraging efficiency and scalabilitySupport ad hoc pipeline and data requestsREQUIREMENTS:3+years B2Bmarketing or sales operations experience; familiarity with real estate industryand/or software marketinga plusExperience with:Data (data analytics, data management, databases)ProcessesMarketing Automation (Pardot knowledge a plus)CRM (Salesforce knowledge)Account Based Marketing (6sense a plus)Strong technical and analytical skillsGoal-oriented towards key metrics including pipeline impact (creation and acceleration)Built and managed dashboards that have pulled from multiple data sourcesStrong process and analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and drive improvementsDemonstrated cross-functional experience across sales and marketing stakeholdersProactive,problem-solving skillsEffective time management skills and comfort juggling fast-paced environmentBA/BSdegree inaMarketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or equivalent field experiencePlease note that if you are NOT a passport holder of the country for the vacancy you might need a work permit.
