OverviewMarketing Operations & Analytics Manager - Global Business Marketing (Europe & Israel) focuses on turning marketing data into actionable insights that drive strategy, ROI, and measurable business impact across paid and owned channels.ResponsibilitiesMarketing Analytics & Performance Measurement: Design and maintain marketing performance dashboards to track global objectives and regional KPIs; conduct macro and micro-level analyses of campaigns and channels; provide actionable insights to optimize impact and ROI; establish frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness (attribution, conversion, engagement); provide insights that inform resource allocation and future campaign strategies.Marketing Operations: Support quarterly business reviews, mid-year, and annual planning; own marketing operations systems (project management, reporting, dashboards) and implement improvements for scalability; streamline processes to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and increase cross-team visibility; budget and finance management including overseeing marketing budgets, tracking spend with Finance, handling payments to 3P vendors, and maintaining accuracy and transparency.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between global marketing, regional teams, and stakeholders; translate data insights into clear recommendations for campaign strategy, execution, and investment; ensure practices support overall business objectives.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsStrong SQL skills, with the ability to independently explore, transform, and validate data.Proficiency in Python for advanced analysis.Experience with A/B testing and experimental design.Proficiency in building visualisations and reports using tools like Looker, Tableau, or similar.Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to prioritise based on impact and clearly communicate trade-offs.Curious, autonomous, and action-oriented, you thrive in ambiguity and are not afraid to ask challenging questions.Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Product Strategy, Marketing Science, and Operations.Ability to align diverse stakeholders and deliver initiatives effectively.Preferred QualificationsUnderstanding of marketing funnel metrics across both performance and organic channels.Experience working with product and growth teams to test and evaluate features or user journeys.Familiarity with causal inference methods.In-depth knowledge of the social, media, and advertising landscapes, particularly within the media industry.Track record of success in fast-paced, evolving environments, with a hands-on approach and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.Enthusiasm for new media and technology trends, with an active interest in TikTok’s mission and platform.About TikTokTikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video.
