At Prosperity Children's Services we provide care for Vulnerable children and young people across the Lancashire and Greater Manchester area. Job Summary:
Prosperity Children's Services are looking for a passionate and dynamic Marketing Officer to take the lead in the creation and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across multiple media channels, including social media, print and digital platforms, promoting our amazing residential childcare business, our schools and our Outreach services. You will be responsible for raising our brand awareness with all internal and external stakeholders and ensuring our marketing initiatives meet with our company goals and values.
Responsibilities include:
* Take the lead in the implementation of marketing strategies
* Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for our services on a variety of media (social, print, etc)
* Liaise with stakeholders including Local Authorities to promote success of activities and enhance the company's presence
* See all ventures through to completion and evaluate their success using various metrics
* Prepare content for the publication of marketing material and oversee distribution
* Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth
* Organise and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
Job Purpose:
The goal is to ensure that the marketing efforts of the company add the highest value to our business.
Essential knowledge and skills
* Strong in Digital Content Creation tools (Such as Adobe Creative InDesign, Premier Pro), graphic design, and video editing.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Experience with PPC or website CMS platforms is a plus
* Proficiency in market research and data analysis,
* Experience with digital marketing channels and social media platforms including SEO experience
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Project management skills to coordinate marketing initiatives.
* Attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Familiarity with relevant computer software and CRM systems.
