This is a unique opportunity to join a mission-aligned team and help shape how we communicate with two distinct and influential audiences.About the RoleAs their new Marketing Officer, you’ll lead on all aspects of marketing strategy and delivery. You’ll be the driving force behind campaigns that promote CMP’s services to:CEOs and Headteachers across 2,000 Catholic schools – helping them discover smarter procurement solutions.COOs and CEOs from 30 Catholic dioceses nationwide – showcasing how CMP can support their operational needs.Although this is a home-based role, there is also the option to work from your local Diocese office. You’ll also join the team for quarterly in-person meetings and occasional travel to conferences and events.This is a wonderful opportunity for an experienced marketing officer to innovate, introduce better ways of working, and make a real impact in a values-led organisation.What You’ll Be DoingLeading multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, website, newsletters, events)Collaborating with suppliers to tailor messaging and drive engagementManaging and updating marketing materials and digital contentAnalysing campaign performance and reporting on impactBuilding relationships with diocesan communication teams and the Catholic Education ServiceSupporting cross-team collaboration and contributing to a culture of continuous improvementWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking someone who is:Experienced working within the charity/non-profit or education sectors.Energetic, personable, and highly organisedA skilled communicator with excellent writing and presentation abilitiesExperienced in using marketing tools like Canva, Mailchimp, and CodaComfortable working independently and as part of a remote teamSympathetic to the mission and ethos of the Catholic ChurchA marketing qualification is highly desirable, and while you don’t need to be a practicing Catholic, an understanding of the Church’s structure and values will be a strong advantage.Why Join CMP?You’ll be part of a small, passionate team committed to delivering best value and reducing environmental impact in alignment with Catholic social teaching.
