Main duties and responsibilities:
- Work with the Marketing Director to understand and define short, mid, and long-term marketing priorities.
- Own the creation and delivery of the marketing strategy.
- Own the design and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns and activities to support key growth areas.
- Lead on the design and creation of high-quality sales collateral, including writing and proof-reading.
- Management of digital strategy including website maintenance, SEO, PPC, and online chat.
- Management of the social media strategy with a focus on continuous growth & improved engagement across channels.
- Develop, manage, and maximise supplier relationships such as printers and agencies to ensure delivery of brand objectives and campaign plans.
- Assist with the delivery of internal communication channels/tools to ensure all colleagues are informed of business news, issues, changes, and direction.
- Manage a defined marketing budget with regular reporting highlighting return on investment.
