Overview

I’m working with a growing technology business that’s looking for a Marketing Manager to take charge of strategy and delivery. This role is about leading the relationship with an outsourced marketing agency, ensuring campaigns are aligned to business objectives, and delivering marketing activity that generates tangible results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy that supports business growth.
• Manage the outsourced marketing agency – running reviews, driving campaigns, and holding them accountable for results.
• Oversee multi-channel activity across digital, social, content, and events.
• Create and deliver sales enablement materials including case studies, solution messaging, and campaign assets.
• Work closely with sales teams to support lead generation and conversion.
• Monitor market and competitor activity to refine positioning and campaigns.

What you’ll need

• Proven experience in marketing within a technology business – ideally vendor, distributor, VAR or MSP.
• Strong background managing external agencies or vendor partnerships.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels including LinkedIn, email, content, and events.
• Excellent communication skills, able to present performance and ROI to senior leadership.
• Strong project management skills to coordinate multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
