Key Responsibilities:
Building and executing marketing strategies that deliver both long-term growth and short-term wins Leading fully integrated campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, and social channels Owning the brand identity from tone of voice and POS to social content that captures our audience Getting hands-on with everything from menus and digital assets to launch campaigns and in-store materials Using data and performance insights to optimise results and drive continuous improvement Managing budgets, agencies, and external partners to deliver high-impact work on time and on brandProfile
About You:
Currently working in QSR or FMCG sectors. Franchisee marketing experience is a plus. Skilled at both planning strategies and getting hands-on to deliver campaigns. Commercially focused and results-driven, understanding how brand affects business outcomes. Strong analytical and project management skills. Uses data to make decisions and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communicator who works well with different teams and stakeholders.
Job Offer
Basic salary: £40,000 - £55,000. 30 days annual leave (plus 1 additional day each year, up to 5 extra days). Pension scheme and employee discounts across all brands.
