Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Marketing Manager. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and overseeing social media activities. Daily tasks include market research, content creation, analyzing marketing data, and coordinating with other departments to ensure brand consistency.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Plan, direct, and coordinate marketing, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
• Oversee digital marketing channels, social media, and online presence.
• Manage content creation, branding, PR, and communications activities.
• Supervise the preparation of marketing materials, adverts, and press releases.
• Manage budgets and liaise with external marketing and PR agencies.
• Report on marketing KPIs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness to senior management.
• Supervise and lead junior marketing staff where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in marketing or PR management.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, SEO, analytics, and CRM tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work to deadlines and deliver measurable results.
