Proximity Recruitment are searching for a talented Marketing Manager (circa £43,000 + Bonus + Benefits) to join a thriving business in Wellingborough that leads their B2B market through creativity & innovation. The position is office based 5 days a week.

The successful candidate will be a creative, commercially minded Marketing Manager ready to lead a high-performing team and make a real impact, with an overriding aim of delighting customers and delivering results.

You’ll manage a skilled and passionate team of 3, working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where customer focus, creativity, and strategic thinking go hand-in-hand.

Responsibilities include:

  • Lead the development and execution of strategic marketing plans
  • Champion brand positioning, corporate identity, and public relations
  • Oversee digital marketing, content, and campaign delivery
  • Inspire, manage, and develop a talented marketing team
  • Collaborate across departments to maintain message consistency
  • Turn market insights into strategies that boost engagement and sales
  • Manage budgets and track performance to ensure strong ROI
  • Stay ahead of market trends and adapt strategies accordingly
