As our Marketing Manager , you'll be at the heart of our marketing activities, working across the division to create and deliver compelling Member focused marketing plans for our lender and service provider partners across our market leading brands, including SimplyBiz Mortgages and FIBA (Financial Intermediary & Broker Association). Your innovative ideas and strategic mindset will help drive our commercial priorities and increase brand awareness in the market. You'll be part of a bright, collaborative, and sociable team, where building strong relationships is key.

What will you be doing?

Get ready for a diverse and exciting role. You'll craft and implement annual marketing plans for our brands, ensuring our content hits the right mark and deadlines are met. Collaboration will be key as you will work closely with internal teams, supporting the delivery of marketing plans and assisting with planned strategic developments. You'll also play a vital role in maintaining brand compliance and producing engaging copy and content. Not forgetting tracking and optimising marketing campaigns while keeping an eye on market trends and service requirements. Phew!

To succeed, you'll need a winning combination of B2B/distribution marketing experience, a solid grasp of marketing channels (think email, social media, and more), and the ability to deliver integrated multi-channel campaigns. Being tech-savvy is a plus, as you'll be working with a variety of software tools. Excellent organisational skills and a way with words are essential, as we want your content to shine across our member communications and websites.
