Marketing ManagerDepartment: MarketingEmployment Type: Permanent - Full TimeLocation: London, UKDescriptionWe are seeking a driven and ambitious Marketing Manager to lead this function for the practice. This role will suit a proactive and confident marketer who thrives in busy creative environments, enjoys building relationships, and is keen to make an impact across communications, business development and events. As the Marketing lead, you’ll work closely with the Partner Group and Associates, as well as other key stakeholders within our practice and externally.The role is perfect for someone with a background in marketing within architecture, interiors or the built environment, although we’re still keen to hear from those who’ve worked in other sectors but have a keen interest in architecture.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with the practice’s business goalsPlan annual marketing calendar and campaigns to support new business, thought leadership and reputationCreate engaging content across our digital channels, including website updates, newsletters and social mediaBuild relationships with journalists and editors in architecture, design, and built environment mediaManage our press activities, including identifying opportunities and ensuring that we have appropriate copy and press packs for external circulationTrack analytics and provide insight reports on performance and engagementProduce marketing collateral, including RFPs, award submissions and presentationsDevelop and maintain our CRM, marketing systems and recordsSupport internal communications and employer branding initiativesCollaborate with Partners and senior team members to support bids, tenders, and new business opportunitiesResearch and identify potential clients, projects, and strategic opportunitiesPlan and manage events and speaking engagements to elevate the practice’s profileCoordinate project photographyAssist the Partners in the development of the marketing and comms strategyManage the day-to-day activities of the marketing assistant and assist in their career developmentSkills, Knowledge and ExpertiseQualification in Marketing Communications, or a related fieldStrong written and verbal communication skills, and interpersonal skillsExceptional organisational skills; ability to work well independently and collaborativelyAgile in shifting priorities to work within tight deadlinesStrong graphic design skillsConfident in using the Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft OfficeCRM experienceStrong presentation and strategic thinking abilitiesCreative thinking and problem-solving skillsBenefitsFlexible benefits package including:22 days of annual leave, plus Christmas office closure and the option to buy extra daysEmployee assistance programmeHealth insuranceFlexible working arrangementsWellbeing and social initiativesPensionLearning and development opportunities:Internally lead training and charrettesPersonal development budgetBi-weekly creative talks, including visiting guest speakersCareer development opportunitiesStudio PDP are an Investors in People practice. #J-18808-Ljbffr
