Responsibilities The Marketing Manager will be a self-sufficient marketer, working autonomously and ensuring all marketing activities—from campaigns and events to agency collaborations—are aligned with business objectives and delivered efficiently. Acting as a bridge between marketing and sales, the role supports commercial growth through sales collateral, customer engagement, and positioning the company as a leader in precious metals recovery through thought leadership campaigns. Qualifications We are looking for people who have:

Proven B2B marketing experience, ideally in industrial, technical or niche markets Strong experience in working closely with sales teams to support business growth Experience managing agencies and external partners to deliver value add marketing programmes Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously Strong written and verbal communication skills
