Salary:£35,000 - £40,000 DOE
Working Hours: 37.5hrs

About the Role

Working within a modern office, in the heart of Middlewich, the successful Marketing Manager will be excited to showcase their wide array of products and services in a passionate and creative way.

Key Responsibilities

The experienced Marketing Manager will oversee a team of 2 Marketing Assistants, and will be responsible for the following

Bringing fresh energy and ideas into the Marketing Department

Showcase both digital and non-digital marketing initiatives

Develop the marketing strategy

Manage the entire marketing function for the business whilst working with the MD

Managing marketing campaigns and promotions

Creating eye catching collateral

Overseeing the marketing budget and allocating spends

Continue to develop the company brand

Liaise with stakeholders and outsourced providers

Managing all social media accounts

Creating content, blogs, podcasts and video imagery

Attend events and exhibitions within the industry

About You

The successful candidate will have a proven marketing management background (minimum of 3 years experience within a similar position). Ideally, you will have experience with corporate identity and branding, have digital marketing experience such as google analytics and SEO. This role would suit someone with bags on enthusiasm, and a want to just dive in and get stuck into the role.

The successful candidate will be confident bringing a brief to life, or working independently. Commercial awareness and a business savvy nature is key.
